While there is no cure for the natural teething process, there are definitely some remedies that may help ease your child's pain during the teething process. Not all children have a difficult time during the teething stage. But teething will usually occur between ages four to six months, and can occur as late as one year or later. Symptoms of teething include increased saliva (drooling), fussiness, and irritability. Also, diahrea and MILD fever (less than 101 degrees F) can be observed. Temperatures above 101 degrees F may indicate more serious conditions and should be addressed by your child's physician. These symptoms can last several weeks and can come and go.
